What if??

I use this blog each day to write about my life, to help other people not feel alone, to heal, to reach other women in their stories and validate their experiences too, and for so many other reasons.....it has become my lifeline to so many things I didn't even realize I needed:).......Helping me give my heart and soul a voice...........and today I want to reach some ladies that may be feeling stuck or struggling to find the motivation they want to do the things they wish:) What I have come to realize about the power of coaching, is there is great power in it.....it is a powerful exchange between two people......because coaching puts the power in the client's hands.....but also becomes the vehicle for significant change.......removing stumbling blocks and self limiting beliefs......and blasting through and accomplishing goals! And "what if" you or somebody you know could create a goal and reach it, something they may have previously believed they could not?? Powerful right?? Making a goal and reaching it.....nothing better.....and here is the thing, it is not as hard as we think.....sometimes having a coach to hold space for our thoughts and our own dialogue, helps us get to the root of those beliefs we hold surrounding the things we deeply want.....the blocks we impose upon ourselves......and the coach holds space for the client to gently remove them....sometimes removing them without even realizing it......magic:) And the power lies in the client's wisdom for themselves.......we all "know" what we need to do for ourselves.....what will make us happiest......what is good for us......what will help us.......and sometimes just having a person hold some space for us to listen deeply to all of that removes those blocks......I am always seeking women that want to live a better life......women who have goals and dreams for themselves, and just need a space held for them to help them achieve those goals and dreams.......and I have another women's series hatching.....maybe two at once this summer......one with the same curriculum I have written, attracting new women....I have developed it even further:) And I am working on crafting new ideas and a new series vibe.....but I also always seek individual women looking to reach goals and working to do that....group coaching is a profound experience and such a huge learning experience for everybody.....and I love it....but I also love the feeling of working one on one with somebody and running alongside them till they reach their goal:) Nothing like it.......:) So I am writing this blog entry today to express my desire to work with some women this summer on some goals and dreams......running alongside you till you meet them all and cheering you on every step of the way!:) So if you are that woman reach out.....or if you know a woman I could help send her my way too:) You know where to find me:) Have an amazing Wednesday! :)
