I feel like part of what drives me in my goals and aspirations around coaching, and what I am attempting to create is the Butterfly effect.....not so much consciously maybe or maybe.....

And that is how I feel.....I believe we are all deeply interconnected and that the actions and occurrences that happen around us can make deep change and affect the world at large.....I will explain.....for my first women's series there was a woman that found her way there.....by very random and specific actions through other people....and her presence there was meant to be, no question, and the impact felt clearly by her and in her world and beyond.....her saying that not me:-).....by communing with women in that space deep change in her own life was felt.....and then it ripples beyond.......my second women's series is going to be kicking off in February, and the interest I have is exciting, and I have a woman that has expressed interest in coming......she is walking the same path I have, and she feels my Monday night series will give her a reason to get out of bed:( Powerful right???.......My heart goes out to her......I have been there.......in the bed, feeling ALL the things....forcing myself often to put my feet on the floor despite not wanting to......so my point is......this effect- the Butterfly one is a magical one to think of......to think of one small action both good and bad.....can have effects for so long in so many different ways.....ones that may not be visible......or known for quite sometime.....my heart in all of this is to help.....bringing aid and support to a forgotten group of people in our society.....the people in the aftermath of divorce......infidelity.....all of it......people have short attention spans for such things, and think folks should just get on with it.......but if you have ever gotten a divorce or gone through it, you know it doesn't work like that......it just doesn't.......and I think most of society puts a finite limit on the grace period for grief.....tolerating it in people directly after their heartache finds them, we are good at the thoughts and prayers part, but then wanting it to be over somehow, relatively quickly.....because it is inconvenient for people to be sad or hurting, and that is just not right......we need to hold people up, and support them and love on them, for as long as they need.......so my women's series may be a small ripple in the grand scheme......but I have faith that if I keep having these series that they will touch the people they are supposed to, and have the intended effect in the grander scheme.....every single time:)
