We had one of our follow up zooms last night for my series that I did in February....and those ladies are on continuing on their way, and I am so excited for them! ....The time change was a stumbling block some, but they are all committed and overcoming their challenges...and continuing on their intended path, and I love that for them.......and we talked about their wins and challenges last night, and then crafted a plan forward.....it was the highlight for me....it has been a heavy week....lots of stuff swirling about underneath that full moon and eclipse.....that moon was beautiful by the way! I woke up the other night and it was shining through my big bedroom window right on me, and I was in awe of it....so bright and bold and beautiful.....but I was reading it was supercharged, more potent than the normal full moon that makes everybody crazy lol:) and I also read that whatever is coming and going during this time, is what we should be paying attention to.......and following what comes up for us, and we should listen to our intuition....and I am doing that indeed.....I am feeling things speaking to me....and feeling deep awareness come find me in the places it needs to.....and I need to remain in that space to go to the places I want to be....the places I need to be....and the places in my life I want to leave behind......and I wrote a little bit back at the integration process I feel is taking place inside of me.....between the old and new.....and I feel fiercely protective of the new places I have developed, and not allowing them to be ruined by the old....and it isn't easy.....not easy to not fall into old patterns that no longer serve me with the people in my life.....but I won't......so as I was on the series last night I was thinking I should plan another one....it was a success, and I could add a new group of ladies to my FB page....I post in there in the mornings each day and offer support....and maybe this is a great way to offer some more group coaching stuff, keep adding folks that want to find exercise, and move my mission forward alongside my individual clients and the rest of the stuff I feel so passionate about.....so I am hatching another plan;-) seeing where it will lead and how it will materialize.....and trusting the direction!
