FIT February, YOU in??

I am excited about launching something today, and seeing where it lands! I love when an idea comes to me that seems like it may be something......it is how I felt about my women's series.....and they worked beautifully:) This is a spinoff of that if you will;-) In addition to having such a heart for, and wanting to help the woman that has traveled the same road as I have, I am passionate about helping ALL women.....and trying to share endlessly what it is that I have discovered on this journey, and stumbled upon quite by accident....and one of those things is fitness and health.....it has for sure been such a gift to my life, and an unexpected one to come out of my divorce and his leaving......and whenever I am able I want to share! So in that spirit.....I have come up with a four week Zoom series for women to help stabilize those intentions for the New Year and beyond.....It will take place in February! I want to meet once a week on Zoom at 6pm for an hour or so and take bite sized steps toward what it is that they want to accomplish, in addition to offering space to share wins and challenges, all the while supporting one another and offering accountability......I remember when I quit smoking nearly 20 years ago this July, and I told any and all people that would listen to me that I had quit.....I wanted to be accountable for that decision, and put myself in a position to not want to break that. And I did just that......I never had another cigarette again. It is still hard to believe I smoked lol, but it was a WAY cool thing then, and everybody I knew did and well sigh......glad that chapter ended early on! But I digress;-) So in this series I will spend the first week highlighting and exploring excuses and self limiting beliefs......in my mind that is the best jumping off point....it is the place that keeps us all stuck....and certainly kept me stuck in my life at different points, and prevented me from being successful....the second week we will meet to discuss what was uncovered in that exploration for the ladies that first week and ways to move past them by making a small action plan to get started.....making a commitment to start SOMETHING....anything......the third week will focus on some nutrition and the power of commitment and consistency to ourselves....no matter what.......and I will have a guest speaker come and share some of her expertise....and the fourth week will be a brainstorm of a plan moving forward to move the women closer to their goals....And then I am planning on holding the Zoom at the end of March, April, May, and June and continue that accountability and motivation......for as long as it seems to be needed, giving a reason to continue their goals! I am going to keep it reasonably priced since it is a group coaching model, making it accessible to whoever feels compelled to join us! I am announcing it this weekend, and am super excited about all of it! I really think it could be so helpful and beneficial to anybody that decides to take advantage of it! I feel the momentum....this year is going to really move me where I want to be..... and I am moving closer and closer to my goals and hopes while helping others do the same! The BEST feeling ever:) Happy Saturday!
